Thank you to the OMG family for inviting The Trade Desk to participate in Movember, and for being a partner who shares in a passion around men’s heath. Yesterday I was fortunate to host an important panel discussion with Justin Whittington, Scott Downs, Benjamin Johnson and Travis A., who are redefining strength and stoicism at work and home by actively addressing the challenges men face. The conversation reinforced that the topic of men’s physical and mental well-being should not be confined to a single month, and that by breaking the silence we are breaking free from societal pressures and dispelling stigmas. Here’s to a healthier and more compassionate future. Special shout-out to Givsly and coach Ruby Beyman.

At The Trade Desk we’re putting our muscles where our mouths are… Earlier this year we launched a giving program, where both the company and employees can more meaningfully support people and organizations in need. I could not be prouder to be part of the NY chapter. Yesterday, this group had the privilege of contributing to the preservation of a late 1800s church in Harlem with Habitat for Humanity. We spackled and painted. We laughed and bonded. It was a powerful reminder of the impact we can make when humanity comes together, plus how important it is to work for a company that cares and with people who elevate the world around them.

As Pride month comes to a close, I can’t help but to reflect on how we got here, how far we’ve come and how far we have to go. Fortunately, The Trade Desk gives its employees the time and space to explore that. Thank you to TTD’s Canada Inclusion Network for inviting me to host a discussion with partners and allies like Sarah Thompson and Olivia Nuamah, who demonstrate superhuman knowledge, thinking and action – all oriented towards the LGBTQIA+ community in Canada. From the importance of local news media & representation to inclusion in the workplace to advice on how to become a stronger advocate & ally, raising awareness helps us help each other, so we can all rise together. This was a conversation I’ll not soon forget.

It’s a privilege to be part of an all-star lineup of talent to welcome new TTD employees to the company, and to talk to them about community, culture and inclusivity, which are three topics near and dear to my heart. A special shout-out to my partner Monica G., from whom I derive so much inspiration. #ttd

Highlight of the week: Tuesday I had the honor of sitting down with TTD’s fearless leader Jeff Green and getting to know him more personally. What a courageous, talented and full-hearted human.

I'm thrilled for the opportunity to continue working alongside leaders like Matt, Jed, Tom and Tim, and to build-out the North America sales marketing team at The Trade Desk.
