I only wish Trade Republic had such a thing as support, and with that I mean humans. They actually use AI models obviously trained on their FAQs as email "support" and the pathetic part about this is that you have no way of contacting a human, all while those language models just keep rephrasing the same BS in their replies (which has nothing to do with the actual problem except for some matching keywords). This can quickly drive one insane because your problem obviously remains unfixed. UPDATE after being contacted by a human I can conclude that their AI did have this 1% of information which could've helped me, but I got massively confused by 99% of unrelated stuff 🤷♂️ Anyway, glad to know they still employ humans in CS 😁 UPDATE 2 maybe this can help someone else: if your card expiration date changes, all payments that do not require the CVV seem to still work (e.g. Amazon, contactless via Google / Apple Pay...), but if you need the CVV, even using the correct one will lead to the card being declined due to the wrong expiration date. Weird stuff.

How much interest does your bank pays you ? For most Europeans, this is 0. But your bank is still earning interests on your cash. Everybody could calculate how much interests their bank made on their money in 2024 until now. And share their results... for awareness ! Average cash balance of account * 4% / 12 months * 4 months = 😱
