We look forward to leveraging this facility to meet evolving market demands.

Earlier this month, we hosted our most anticipated annual event, the TP Mechanical Apprenticeship Banquet. This celebration honors the hard work and dedication of our apprentices and instructors. This year's program included 79 apprentices, 15 graduates and the support of 31 instructors. When the chance to join the TP Mechanical team presented itself, Web Swain, our new Director of Safety, eagerly accepted, recognizing our esteemed craftsmanship and safety standards. He is excited to continue and elevate our safety culture to the next level for all team members. No one understands the importance of a career in the trades better than we do, and we are thrilled to welcome two new members to the TP Mechanical team! Join us in congratulating Brogan, a junior at East Central High School, and Tristan, a junior at the Career and Technical Education Center of East Central High School, on their signing day with TP. They will work with us full-time this summer and plan to join our apprenticeship program after graduation. 

Our team is looking to hire a Senior Accountant who works with the Controller to handle general accounting functions, ensuring compliance with General Accepted Accounting Principles, analysis, and reconciliation of accounts in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
