If you are not aware just how much innovation is occurring in Africa maybe it’s time you took a very long and hard look. Africa is rapidly transforming, not because of any capitalist imperatives but because of need. Because of that crucible based driver alone Africa will eventually become a powerhouse. Some people have a tendency based on recent history to not take Africa seriously, those people are very misguided. Innovation like this, driven by need is transformational and just like the top of an iceberg visible in the ocean represents a much larger, largely unseen mass of change. #innovationculture

Sugar cane-derived bioethanol for cooking and heat-reflected from the Sun to do your cooking. These renewable sources would do great in rural settlements or in survival zones. Would be good to see these in South East Asia
