Appreciation of good work and thanking people ‘genuinely’ for their contribution runs in the culture of REA India. We leave no opportunity to express our gratitude to our people for their sincere efforts and our people surprise us in turn with better outcomes, each time. One big reason for us to thank our people this year was our 3rd rank in India’s 100 Best Companies to Work For. This rank is truly a culmination of persistent efforts put in by each member of the organization over the years in fostering a culture of belongingness. As a token, we gave everyone a thoughtfully curated gift hamper to make this moment even more memorable.   I chose to distribute these gifts to my star HR team today along with the felicitation ceremony of our high performers for the previous performance year, we call it The Super and the Silent Heroes. Of course, the limelight on this day was on those who performed exceptionally in the year gone by ‘Our Superheroes’ and ‘Their Silent Heroes’ i.e. their parents who humbly support them in all their endeavors. But I didn’t want to take the credit away from every other person in the team who passionately made ‘delivering consistently superior employee experience’ their work-life goal, if I may say 😊   For this team, getting a rank in the 100 best workplaces is not just a chip on the collar, it’s the endorsement of the splendid work they have been doing in curating worldclass employee experience that makes their organization a great workplace with a high impact culture.
