I always laugh a little when I hear people describe change work as the "Soft stuff." If they prefer "hard stuff," they'll have more of it than they want when the problems associated with poor change management begin to surface. #changemanagement #digitaltransformation

BACK TO THE FUTURE The 4 Ps In the early 2000, my colleague Richard Cooke and I developed the 4 Ps business philosophy, focusing on People, Product, Process, and Profit. Today, many businesses prioritize Profit, Process, Product, and People which is not sustainable Despite changes in the business landscape, I still believe that the successful approach to any business remains the same. 1. People First: - Recognizing the value of a positive work culture 2. Product of Tomorrow: - Continuously improving and adapting products/services 3. Process Simplification: - Eliminating unnecessary steps and bottlenecks 4. Profit sustainable flow : - Allowing profit to flow naturally from a strong foundation of people, product, and process In conclusion, our 4 Ps business philosophy is still relevant today, emphasizing the importance of people, future-oriented products, simplified processes, and profit derived from a strong vision and agile approach. #businessmind #peoplefirst #visionaryleadership #mindsetchange
