I've had the privilege of working closely with a Hindu monk, for the last 4 years. An unlikely pair, life brought us together through the death of a beloved friend. *But it seems nothing is an accident.* Swamiji and I developed a beautiful partnership when we launched a community grief group in Cari's memory. We discovered a blend of psychological and spiritual tools that turned out to be powerful medicine. We are now expanding our work to the business community, with the launch of a de-stress program we kicked off during Mental Health Awareness Month. We were lucky enough to collaborate with OUAI for our beta launch. It was so much fun to come together to find calm and gratitude amidst the chaos of life!
