Just to give a true example of what I shared yesterday addressing culture with what is sacred and what is taboo at Rocket.Chat: https://lnkd.in/d8gYJanw Find the "Do and Don't" list very insightful internally and I used it extensively while checking into people's performance and day-to-day activities, including my own. PS: Revamping the DOTS (company values) was a very nice project to participate in and collaborate with other rocketeers last year. Learned a lot and gave me a new perspective on continuous efforts on culture while scaling. #culture
