This is for my former military network engineers/admins out there. When you exited the military how did you make up for the gap of knowledge? Ansible, terraform, kubernetes, Python, etc. are all tools we were restricted from using because of policy and security. Yet, these are the tools you need experience on to secure a job operating at the same level of expertise. Like most of us when learning something new, I have the home lab setup (CML, docker, proxmox, and VS Code with a git repository. I’m learning as much as possible but I don’t feel like it is enough. How have you all made that transition? How did you secure a job without real world experience in it?

In a recent project, we faced the challenge of preparing a Node.js app for a surge in user traffic. That's where Artillery, the powerful open-source load testing toolkit, came to the rescue. It helped us simulate hundreds of concurrent users, identify bottlenecks, and optimize for scalability. The solution was so simple and easy to implement that I decided to write this blog post: Artillery: Load test your Node.js programs! In this article, I walk you through the essentials of Artillery - from setup to terminology and code examples. If you're looking to stress-test your Node.js programs, this one's for you! Read the full article here. 👇🏻 #Nodejs #Artillery #LoadTesting #PerformanceOptimization #Development #CodeByExample #TechSolutions

Cybersecurity Analyst and Consultant at Red Kraken Security.. PHP Security and Dev Researcher, Programmer, Cybersecurity.. Currently accepting Projects through Web Dev and Freelance Works..
Here are some of the Tool Kits or Commands I use for Red Teaming and Reversing, Two of these Important Factors are that Stackstrings could prevent Cross Over Decryption, Meanwhile TLS Callbacks are primarily used for Anti Reversing which allows HTTP Execution apart from Software Engineering Binary Executions same as those Anti Tank Missiles used against Heavy Artillery in Warfares, HTAs on the other hand is HTML Applications best used for C2 Frameworks same as PSExec on Windows or MSDoS (Microsoft Powershell).. Good Day! ☺️😊

Maya Not the First Indigenously Built OS in India In 2007, C-DAC released an operating system with the aim of promoting the adoption of free and open-source software throughout India Microsoft Windows is probably the most-widely used operating system (OS) in the world, so much so that is the OS used by Indian defence forces as well. However, things are about to change. According to The Hindu, the Defence Ministry has ditched Windows for an indigenously built operating system — Maya. While Maya OS will be used by the Defence Ministry for now, eventually the plan is to replace Windows across the Army, Airforce, and Navy, forming the future operational system. Here, some may argue that the development is a decade late, given China has been using Kylin, their own indigenously developed OS, for over a decade now. The move may be late, but is a welcoming one indeed. (Source:https://lnkd.in/gkqB3PQe)

For those still Active (Reserve or Guard is qualified) Use Army Ignite. You are granted 4,000 USD for funding for Professional certifications. You must submit your request 45 days in advance (that is alot of study time) from the date you want to actually take your exam. No skill port, no prerequisites. This is a great opportunity to get your training in. For example: CompTIA security+ has different bundles you can buy. You can buy the bundle training plan for that exam. Now there is always a catch. If you fail you will need to pay that money back to the Army.
