Languages are communication bridges! That’s why our ESL courses for adult learners, especially immigrants, focus on practical language skills that are essential for navigating daily life in the United States, from job interviews to grocery shopping and medical appointments. We offer three levels of ESL classes from beginning through advanced adult secondary ESL. Students will gain fluency and proficiency to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Our Executive Director, Haley Wiggins, joined the "Enhancing Access for Refugees and New Americans: Next Steps Forum" by the Office of Career, Technical, and Adult Education (OCTAE) We proudly discussed our #ESL program's impact at the "Promising Practices in Serving English Learners" panel with Genevieve Halkett from Chemeketa Community College, Britt Garton Pisto, M. Ed. from the Illinois Community College Board, and Mahalia Baldini from the Texas Workforce Commission. The panel was facilitated by Jamie Harris from World Education. We highlighted the importance of flexible schedules, childcare, and food security for supporting adult learners. Grateful for these opportunities to learn and share! 📚
