According to the 50/50 Women on Boards™ 2023 Q4 Gender Diversity Index Report, women hold 29.4% of board seats while minority groups such as Asian / Pacific Islander, Black / African American, Hispanic / Latin, and Middle Eastern / North African, and Multi-Racial / Other hold 6.6%, 7.8%, 3.3%, and 1.4% of board seats, respectively.
