And the #PresidentsAward 2024 Society Award winner is... 🥳 Jennifer Neff 🥳 Jennifer Neff co-founded Elemental (now Access Elemental Social Prescribing) to make social prescribing accessible to all, addressing social determinants like debt, housing, and loneliness, and reducing demand on health and social care services. Over ten years, her tech-for-good company has supported over 20 million people in the UK, Ireland, and Australia, reduced primary care demand by 65%, and created jobs in disadvantaged areas. Jennifer has played a pioneering role in transforming community wellbeing. Congratulations, Jennifer! We are so proud of your contributions to improving how society lives, works, and interacts.
