During my time at EquipShare, I witnessed a spirited debate post-team meeting – the classic battle between talent from elite institutions like IIT/IIM and the rest of us. Our cofounder, an IIT/IIM graduate, chose to stay neutral, sparking my curiosity. "Why not share your perspective?" I asked. His response was a lesson in humility: "Debates like these rarely lead to learning; they often fuel ego battles. Opinions seldom change. Believe in your abilities; you don't need validation.
