Expert Business Etiquette Coach | Building a Professional Network for Lead Generation, Elevating Company Culture with the Process Communication Model | Mastering Soft Skills & Customer Experience, Leadership Development
We all want to feel like we have a purpose and that we are a part of something larger than ourselves. Companies that stand out, make a difference in their communities, and outshine their competitors, have cultures where everyone is on the same page. They have a clear mission that defines a purpose of higher calling and that mission drives the goals and operations of the company. When everyone is on the same page, everyone wins. 1. When employees feel they are contributing to a purpose, they are more likely to show improved job performance, have higher attendance rates, and are inclined to stay with the company for a longer period. 2. A sense of purpose can also drive personal and professional growth. Employees are more likely to invest time and effort in developing their skills when they see they provide value and are an important part of a mission. 3. Knowing that their work has a meaningful impact on the company and community contributes to each employee's overall happiness and well- being. It provides the sense of purpose and belonging we all seek. Life is short. Our legacy is what we leave behind. Be purposeful. Contribute to the well-being of others and to improving our communities.

Labor Day is not just a day off or a long weekend. It's a celebration of hard work, dedication, and the tremendous contributions of the workforce that drives our economy forward. Today, let's take a moment to appreciate the efforts of all the individuals who have played a role in shaping our industries and communities. Work is often disguised as challenges, deadlines, and long hours. But it is through these efforts that we grow, learn, and accomplish great things. As Thomas Edison once said, "Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work." So, let's embrace the opportunities that come our way, even if they require a little extra effort. On this Labor Day, I encourage you to reflect on your own professional journey. Celebrate the milestones you've achieved, the skills you've developed, and the growth you've experienced. Let's also acknowledge and appreciate the collaborative spirit that exists within our workplaces, where teams come together to achieve common goals. Happy Labor Day to all the hardworking professionals out there! May your dedication and efforts continue to bring you success and fulfillment in all that you do. #LaborDay #HardWorkPaysOff #ProfessionalGrowth

Over the last 2.5 years, I've had the privilege of being part of this incredible team here at Northstar. A core aspect of our business that continues to grow and amaze is our 🌍 global reach and scope, led by the one and only Christy Matzen, CFP®. 💪 2.5 years ago... we were told that a global financial wellness program was "too hard to do," "there's no way you can manage all the regulations," and "it will be impossible to scale." Well, well, well...🙃 As of the timestamp of this post: ⭐ We are live in 39 countries ⭐We have either in-country or regional financial advisors who speak the local language and understand local cultures and customs ⭐We are NOT slowing down and plan to expand into 7 more countries in the next 6 months! We have the honor of helping employee members around the world, as finances impact each and every one of us: 👉 No matter where we're born 👉No matter our education 👉No matter our upbringing Can't wait for what the next 2.5 years brings! 🌍 ❤️ #financialwellness #employeebenefits #global

| Market Manager At Employbridge | As Your Career Growth Partner | My Impact Is A Reflection Of Your Success! |
#facts In the wake of recent industry turmoil, it's become increasingly apparent that negative perceptions of job-hopping within our field are prevalent. While it's tempting for seasoned employees to seek greener pastures elsewhere, it's crucial to remember the foundation that has supported us through both prosperous and challenging times. Those who have remained loyal to their companies for years have not only weathered economic storms but have also contributed to their organizations' long-term success. Their experience, expertise, and unwavering commitment have been invaluable to their employers, providing stability and continuity during times of uncertainty. It's precisely during these adverse periods that the true character of a employee is revealed. It's essential for us to appreciate the sacrifices that our families have made while we pursued our careers. Their support and understanding have allowed us to focus on our work and achieve our goals. As we navigate the challenges of our industry, it's imperative that we never forget the value of loyalty, both to our companies and to the families who have always been there for us.

Happy Independence Day! How are you celebrating? I’m celebrating all of the reasons and more that Taters, including myself, feel empowered to be our best and do our best - thanks to freedom, independence and trust. This art of encouragement is embedded in Small Potatoes Communications, where leadership has embraced #workplaceflexibility that supports our independence. For me, that independence looks like working from the office in the mornings when I am most focused, then working from home in the afternoons when I need to take short walks to get my brain back on track. It also looks like encouraging me to visit family in Cincinnati and Memphis and setting me up for success when I go on vacation so that I don’t have to look at my Slack or Outlook (no matter how much I itch to). Freedom is deeply personal and looks different for every person. On #IndependenceDay, Americans celebrate freedom in all facets – liberation from an oppressive power, choosing our own destinies and declaring our own proud identities. This freedom doesn’t end when employees come back to work after barbecues and fireworks. We carry it with us, from the ways we express ourselves in fashion to our preferred methods of #communication. So, when you go back to work on Monday after a weekend of celebrating, identify how your #organizationalculture prioritizes employees proudly showing and utilizing their strengths and differences. Let us know what you find! - Sydney Jones #wfh #remotework #fourthofjuly #agencylife #employeebenefits

Conventional versus Unconventional: When it comes to our employees, we often prioritize the more traditional benefits. However, it's important to recognize that many of the benefits, we currently offer, were considered unconventional just 5-10 years ago. The comfort and reliability we enjoy today originated from once unconventional thinking. I encourage you to explore a conversation with our partners, whose unique approach is transforming thousands of lives by making healthier living more accessible, all while putting a little extra in their pockets. Consider the innovative and impactful ways our partners are redefining what it means to live a healthy and fulfilling life.

I'm eager to see more research on the impact it could have on the overall well-being of individuals and families. During my MBA program in Organizational Leadership, I focused on similar concepts, exploring how changes in work structure can enhance overall well-being and productivity. I believe that having more time for personal pursuits, family, and leisure activities can lead to happier, healthier individuals and stronger communities, and in return, happier and more productive employees. For me, this isn't just about statistics or economic theory—it's about recognizing the value of both empirical evidence and personal experiences. I believe that a shorter workweek would afford us more than just extra leisure time; it would offer a chance to step off the relentless treadmill of work-related stress, to prioritize our health, nurture personal relationships, and create more cherished memories with our loved ones. When I envision my life beyond my career, I want to look back on a tapestry woven not just with professional achievements, but with the richness of experiences shared with family and friends. I want to be able to say that I served my career well, but more importantly, that it also served me—that it allowed me the time and freedom to cultivate a fulfilling life outside of work. I'm passionate about my career and contributing to the greater good, but I firmly believe that self-care and personal fulfillment shouldn't be sacrificed on the altar of productivity. It's about finding a balance that's not just meaningful but liberating—a balance that acknowledges the intrinsic value of our lives beyond the confines of the workplace. I'm lucky to work for a company that embraces flexibility, and for that, I am grateful. But this isn’t just about me. It’s about giving everyone the same opportunity of freeing flexibility and more time to nurture the one life they were given. Interested to see where this goes...

But most of the company have shit management staff operations manager who dont know his proper work always saves themselves n their job their salary that’s why good staff left from company. Owner or company not bad, bad is shit management staff who always creat everything. I personally believe whenever number of good staff of left from the Compa day by day then owner first kick out that donkey operations manager and all office staff. And bring new team in office😊also if companies run losses then also kick first that donkey operations manager and all shit team in office. Otherwise this all donkeys again fc that company future😊
