The High Demand Of Skilled Swedish Speakers in Sweden❗ There seems to be a common trend in Sweden at the moment whereby clients are seeking Swedish Speakers but are struggling to attract them to their businesses, which in return is leaving them with a gap which could have huge impact on the business. Japan .. an incredible country with many vendors facing difficulties in building the right teams. Percentage of people on LinkedIn (roughly 3M active users) in Japan vs their population (around 110M): 2.8% Percentage of LinkedIn users in Japan who are bilingual in English and Japanese: 20-30% For clients looking to hire bilingual Japanese talent, that means we are working from a talent pool of only 600k-900k.
