Wear appropriate clothing: Wearing breathable lightweight fabrics, hats, and sunglasses can help protect you from the sun.
Use sunscreen: Apply sunscreen that is at least SPF 30.
Know the signs of heat illness: Learn the symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Recognizing heat illness allows you to act promptly and avoid serious health consequences.
