On this National Mental Health Provider Appreciation Day, we are honored to be able to recognize our outstanding team of Wellness Coordinators who work to support more than a thousand veterans and service members across the nation each year. They serve beyond themselves to offer hope and healing to our clients who are most in need, which deserves more than just a simple day or thank you. We hope they feel valued and know the importance of their work today and every day.

It's World Mental Health Day today, which offers a chance to reflect on how important it is to have candid conversations about mental health at work. Mainline understands the importance of managing our mental health, particularly in our industry. We encourage the promotion of open and honest communication about mental illness support. These important conversations about mental health have the power to raise awareness reminding people that they are not alone and helping reduce the stigma that can be a barrier for those seeking help. Today in collaboration with LAYA Healthcare, Mainline's Wellness Committee launches the Employee Assistance Programme free of charge to all employees. Let's work together to improve our mental health and remove all barriers so that we will freely seek help when we need to.
