EMEA Sales Meeting: Toll war's! 🚀🌍 Wir freuen uns, dass wir unsere Tochtergesellschaften und Vertriebspartner zum zweiten EMEA Sales Meeting 2024 in Pforzheim begrüßen durften. Im Fokus standen dieses Mal aktuelle Informationen und Beiträge aus den Bereichen Elektronik- und Motorenentwicklung, IT, Marketing und Produktmanagement. 💡📈 🎉 Besonders erfreulich: Das Meeting war gleichzeitig der Startschuss für den Vertrieb der STÖBER Zahnstangen in EMEA. In einem Workshop zum Thema PROFIsafe konnten wir mit allen Teilnehmenden angeregte Diskussionen führen und länderspezifische vertriebliche Maßnahmen zu diesem Thema definieren. Here's one of my Best Practices for Sales Cadences in DACH! I always have 2 cadences per use case - 1 addressing men (Herr XY) and 1 addressing women (Frau XYZ). That way I found out that a firm end to my email like 'Are you available next Tuesday at 2pm or Thursday at 1pm CET?' was 25% more likely to be answered by a man than by a woman. Whereas a softer end to my email like 'If this sounds interesting, let me know and we can book in a call next week!' was 22% more likely to be answered by a woman than by a man. But there is SO much more to learn about how to do a successful Sales Cadence in DACH!
