Designed to foster awareness and connection, participants get the opportunity to participate in this "perspective-taking" exercise and explore how everyday interactions and long-term opportunities impact people differently. Learning Outcomes: 1) Raise awareness about how people experience life differently based on society's perception of their identities. 2) Identify areas that you may not be aware of that could be contributing to an environment that isn't inclusive to others. 3) Begin the process of interrupting patterns of bias and stereotypes. 4) Create empathy for how it feels to be marginalized.

He also represents employers in a number of state and federal administrative agencies, such as the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and Oklahoma Employment Security Commission.
