🌟 Reflecting on the Journey
Since stepping into the product team in October last year, it's been a whirlwind of innovation and learning. I've had the chance to work on projects like our new Outlook and Gmail add-ins, which not only challenged me but also allowed me to contribute to our mission of making SourceWhale a complete system of work for recruiters.
🚀 Looking Ahead to 2024
As we look into the year ahead, I’m really excited for what’s to come. We're not just talking about small incremental changes - we’ve got some big plans, with the core focus being (of course!) on how we can make your work as a recruiter more efficient and effective.
✅ Value Adding Features: Bringing in cutting-edge features that are not just cool but incredibly functional and user-friendly.
✅ Customer-Centric Design: Understanding and implementing what our users truly need, even before they know they need it.
✅ The Role of AI: and yes… AI is on the 2024 roadmap. But it's not just about jumping on the AI bandwagon, it’s about thoughtful integration where AI increases efficiency and enhances outreach in a way that feels personalized.
Everything we do boils down to one thing – value for our customers. My commitment in 2024 is to keep learning, evolving and ensuring that our products not only meet but exceed expectations. 🔥
