Marketing & creative folks - would love to hear your POV on this: A huge point of contention between employees and managers has been the return to the office. Studies are coming out now that remote workers might not be as productive as folks who are in the office. However, the data has been based on positions where success can be measured by numerical measurements of success - which often doesn't apply to creative & marketing on a day to day basis. Hybrid seems to be the best middle ground but what do you guys think?

HELP ME LAND ON MY FEET IN ROCHESTER, NY 🙏🇺🇲🤠 Not only did my family and I celebrate the 4th of July yesterday, we also celebrated that I was finally approved as a permanent resident in the US 🥳🎉🧨 This means that after 12 wonderful years in Copenhagen, we have decided to move closer to our American side of the family - more specifically Rochester, NY. We can’t wait for this new adventure and to let our 2 year old son get deeper acquainted with his Flower City roots. It also means that I am now looking for work in the US - either in the Rochester area or remote (EST) starting from September 1st.
