It's Team Tuesday here at Motors.co.uk, so we caught up with Head of Key Accounts, Tony Doal, to find out more about his team. Here’s what Tony had to say. What do the Key Accounts Team do? "I guess you could say, we look after our VIP Dealers, that’s the dealerships who have up up to 5000+ stock live at any one time. We’re known as 'Field Sales' as we’re often on the road, travelling to meet our Dealers." How do you like to have fun as a team? "We get together once a quarter to enjoy a meal and drinks together. It’s really important to us! We’ve worked together for a while, so we love catching up when we get the chance." What are you currently focused on? "We understand what value looks like to each client, so we want to demonstrate that through a bespoke approach to deliver the goals our clients have." What value best describes you as a team? "Be a Real Person. We’re accountable and real with our Dealers." Want to find out more? Reach out to Tony Doal.

Very well said. Solution selling starts with the understanding thar connecting with clients requires that we understand the challenges that they face, and then demonstrating that their learning about our experience is of benefit to them.
Here's the tough love my former VP, Sales gave me that inspired me to change how I self-sourced pipeline as an AE. thank you, Kevin Hart

Day #21 26 Days with Jeff Talking the ABC's of SALES!🤔 #21 U is UNDERSTAND 💥 UNDERSTANDING your customers is key to successful sales and I feel there are 3 reasons why: 1. Builds trust🎯 By UNDERSTANDING your customers' needs and wants, you can than customize your approach to meet their specific requirements. This personalized touch helps build trust and credibility, leading to long-lasting relationships. 2. Anticipating needs🔑 UNDERSTANDING your customers allows you to anticipate their future needs and challenges. By being proactive and providing options before they even realize they need them, you can position yourself as a partner per say rather than just a salesperson. 3. Increases sales🏆 When you truly UNDERSTAND your customers, you can customize your sales presentation to address their specific wants and needs. This is what increases the chances of earning their business and converting leads into loyal customers. My encouragement today is remember, the key to successful sales is putting the customer first and UNDERSTANDING their needs and always GET IT DONE!🔥 LET'S GO!👊🏻 #OnFireToInspire Happy Thursday #linkedinfam! Wishing everyone a BLESSED day!! #UNDERSTAND #26DaysWithJeff #OnFireToInspire #GetItDone #1Shot #NoRegrets #topsales #automotive #toyota #Blessed #thankful #WeWillWalkTogether #ImBack #LetsDoThis #GodsPlan #JeffMakesItEasy #JeffDelivers

5 mistakes I made as a new Sales Manager. 1. Coached everyone to sell like I did. 2. Judged reps off only the end result. 3. Held 8am Monday morning meetings. 4. I was on and took over every sales call. 5. Didnt listen to anyones ideas but my own. I made plenty more- what are some mistakes you made as a new Sales Manager?
