Welcoming Christmas and New Year's warmth. Reflecting on the past, I'm grateful for the opportunity to navigate through my research proposal seminar titled "Assessing Determinants of Childhood Stunting in Indonesia: Spatial Panel Data Analysis 2016 - 2022." This 1 out of 3 steps marks a significant milestone for me, fostering greater agility in my research endeavours. Undoubtedly, the pivotal role of my mentors has been instrumental until now. I extend my gratitude to the two seasoned senior lecturers in my department, Bu Sachnaz Oktarina and Bu Anik, whose unwavering support and motivation have created a comfortable environment for me to navigate through this journey while balancing internships, competitions, conferences, and other activities. Next week holds an exciting prospect as I am honoured to be one of the 10 delegates from IPB University at the TRI-U seminar and symposium, alongside representatives from various universities globally. This year, Maejo University in Thailand plays host 😁 The intriguing twist is that the research I'll be presenting there is none other than my undergraduate thesis. It may seem implausible to complete a research project of this scale in just one week. However, my focus lies not solely on the outcome but on the process that brought me to this stage. I firmly believe that those around me are not competitors but companions in the growth journey, really! As we each navigate our paths, let's appreciate the progress we've made and be thankful for being better than yesterday. Inspiring developments at CESO this year as we continued our successful collaboration with Nova SBE at the Masters’ level. For the second consecutive year, we had the privilege of hosting a group of talented students from the Master’s program in International Development and Public Policy. Their research focused on exploring quick-win measures to promote economic diversification in Angola. Additionally, we welcomed another group from the Master’s in Management who delved into CESO’s rich history, providing invaluable insights to shape our future partnerships strategy. As part of this dynamic collaboration, we also hosted a student from the Master’s in Economics for an internship. During her time here, she not only made noteworthy contributions but also provided interesting insights into the adoption of generative AI tools. Our partnership with Nova SBE reflects CESO's commitment to fostering meaningful interactions with knowledge partners within our ecosystem. This approach, which we have been dedicating ourselves to for several years, extends beyond Nova SBE to include esteemed institutions such as Maastricht University and Universidade do Porto. It was our honour to welcome a group of Keru internship students from #UPenn, #Stanford and #UChicago to our Shanghai Office for an enlightening roundtable discussion: 🔍 Exploring #Innovation: We delved into the latest trends and applications in polyurethane materials, discussing how innovation can drive progress in various industries. 🌱 Sustainability in Action: The conversation extended to the importance of sustainability, exploring how our company is leading the way in creating sustainable materials that contribute to a healthier planet. 🤝 Corporate Social Responsibility: We shared insights on our #CSR initiatives, emphasizing the role of businesses in giving back to society and making a positive impact on the communities we serve. 🌏 Cultural Awareness and #Diversity: We talked a lot about difference of doing business in China vs. in the US. kinda lifeplan being accepted at ITS is my life plan that just came true, and ITS will be the vessel for my next dreams to come true. since middle school I really like to join a lot of organization and committee. this hobby continued to grow when I was in high school. I hope I can pursue my interests and talents in this ITS environment. from the beginning of entering ITS, i was so interested in GERIGI (Generasi Integralistik). it is common knowledge that many new students will be interested in this committee. GERIGI is my first love, and being a GERIGI committee will be my first plan at ITS. I hope, I can be lChairperson of the GERIGI Committee in the coming years. but after receiving a lot of material and exhibitions from various UKMs at ITS, I realized that I was interested in participating in student exchanges and ormawa related to machinery. such as antasena, nodogeni, sapoeangin, robotic, and many more. 1st and 2nd semester, I will take part in mandatory sports UKM according to regulations, volunteer for the committee, and get to know the ITS environment better. 3rd and 4th semester, I plan to start reducing the organization and committee, and focus more on internships. 5th and 6th semester, organizational disengagement, student exchange, academic focus. and when 7th semester, start planning thesis and research. and the last but not least, my basic dream after 3,5 or 4 years maximum to graduate from ITS. but after all, this is just my immature dream couse of euphoria after entering ITS. But i still will do my best to reach my dream in the future.

📢 Great news from the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca! We are excited to announce another collaboration with ENI S.p.A. for our Doctorate program in Management of Digital Transformation.   🏢 With the support of ENI S.p.A., we are sponsoring a highly ambitious project titled "Knowledge Network Analysis (KNAs)." This project aims to study the dynamics of collaborative networks between individuals within an organization to drive innovation and efficiency.   🔬 Our PhD students will focus on developing effective surveys and data collection strategies on inter-organizational collaboration networks, analyzing and interpreting the data to identify key findings for innovation, and examining the temporal evolution of these networks. In addition, they will propose new techniques and solutions to measure and incentivize collaboration in specific areas.   💻 This research activity is part of the broader "Economic and Digital Resilience" (RED) project, through which we have been recognized among the Departments of Excellence 2023-2027 and have received significant funding from the Italian Ministry of University and Research. The RED project focuses on analyzing economic and digital resilience in an interdisciplinary way, aiming to develop innovative digital solutions for the evolving work landscape post-pandemic. Around this time, Autumn 2021, just like thousands of students coming from around the globe, I started my master journey in Finland with mixed feeling. The feeling of excitement and eagerness to explore new culture and new lifestyles; the feeling of frustration and anxiety when letting go of familiar things and struggling to adapt to new environment. Yet, above all, I am eternally grateful for choosing this path since it paves me way for understanding myself more and most importantly learning how to learn. The fact that what I have learned, the places where I have gone and so many people I have talked and shared with all leave me good impression which is beyond my expectations. 🗺 I will miss the time with my classmates, when we were all new, trying hard to comprehend new concepts/theories, and regulate our emotions/motivation when collaborating in different projects. I will also miss the time experiencing different pedagogical designs supported by creative teachers. 💻 I will miss autumn and winter 2022 when doing my internship with great team of International mobility services and Talent boost. The internship did not only offer me chances to Finnish working practices but also facilitate me to know many people. 💪 I will miss winter 2022 and spring 2023 when doing my thesis, yes it was painful at the beginning but fruitful after all. I realize how lucky I am to have such an amazing supervisor who patiently shared with me my ambition and constantly encouraged me. That made the whole process, especially the writing part become more chilling. (Read my thesis here 👉 https://lnkd.in/dqfg5VfC) 🎩 I will miss the time being a Herald for Doctoral conferment, a Kummi for LET22, volunteer for Science events, and joining other various meaningful events organized by the university. ☃ I will miss 4 fantastic seasons and the gorgeous nature of Finland where magical blazing aurora borealis, frosty winter, vast lush forests, ‘ruska’ fall, calming blue lakes, and stunning wildlife can somehow comfort me by their beauty. When sitting here and reflecting on the last 2 years, I am so amazed by who I am today, it is not about any big achievement so far, but it is the way I calmly and fairly perceive the world and be more confident in the next learning journey as it can be anywhere and anytime. #learningeducationtechnology #studyinFinland #universityofoulu #graduation #masterdegree
