In the marketing world, we call that the 3 P’s. Or 4, if you include prosecco. 🧐 How to become B Corp?  B Corps must meet the highest standards for social and environmental impact, make a legal commitment to be accountable to all stakeholders and demonstrate transparency by sharing information publicly. Last Friday, our entire team came together for our annual Winter Fold-Up. We celebrated the year we’ve had at Teamleader and took a moment to align on our strategy for 2024. In the wise words of Servaas Strobbe: "If 2023 was the year of growth, 2024 will be the year of kicking ass!" We pondered on the impact our company can make on the economy and discussed the most efficient way to reach our goals. Jeroen De Wit spilled the secret sauce: the bumpy road. Yep, those bumps – the challenges, the times we fail – are actually the accelerators on our trajectory. (Tested and proven through mechanical engineering by the hands of Benny Waelput and Kalina Lipinska). The Winter Fold-up also emphasised the importance of coming together in person. It's not just about achievements and goals; it's about hanging out, catching up with coworkers you don’t see everyday, and having a laugh. To conclude the day, we hosted our very own award show.
