When was the last time you did a full audit on your payroll and HR processes? One of the services we are introducing this year is a best practice audit of your payroll and human resources processes. With all the changes to the Fair Work Act and Awards in the last year, it is important to stay on top of this key governance requirement. As a starting point, we would ask the organisation to provide us with a range of information using our People Review Checklist, as this helps us to gauge the maturity of the organisation's people and payroll framework and identify any gaps. So, whether you are a well-established organisation with in-house HR support, or a SMB with room to grow, this checklist will help you (and us) assess where you are at. Once an initial review has been completed, we would then commence a deep dive into the details of your employment agreements, policies, processes, and payroll transactions to check that everything is tickety-boo.
