Calling all DEI Managers 📣 Last year, in partnership with Circles, we hosted monthly ERG Leader Roundtables—a space for ERG leaders to connect with peers across organizations, reflect on the past year, and collaborate on impactful ERG initiatives. As we step into 2024, we've decided to expand our Roundtables to better cater to the specific needs of DEI Managers. These sessions will be super intimate and intentional, each focusing on set topics. We've gathered valuable feedback indicating interest in discussing: - ERG / DEI budgets - Addressing politics / global news in ERGs - Professional development guidance (certifications, conferences, etc.) - Measuring DEI & ERG progress - Sustaining engagement in ERGs What other topics would you like us to address during these sessions?
