Feeling very proud of myself today. Its been a long standing ambition to attempt and finish a Tough Mudder and today I managed it. What started as a rather drunken challenge that I doubted I would complete has finally turned into a reality! I wouldn't have been able to do it without the support of my F3 fitness group friends, and certainly not with as much fun and camaraderie along the way!

Well done, my son and his wife have done a few of these, but they are late 20s so I know how strenuous and challenging these can be.

A fantastic initiative that was so well planned and executed by our amazing team! I have no doubts we all came away with new knowledge (I certainly did) and had a load of fun! It also gave me a great excuse to rock out the Yellow trousers (not that I really need an excuse!). One of the things I wanted to achieve when I founded Turnkey was a relaxed environment where people could be themselves at work and have a bit of fun along the way. The Pride celebration that our UK team organised today epitomised this. Without prompt or request the team organised a day of LGBTQ+ celebration and education that even included a treasure hunt and rainbow feast! The way that initiatives like this happen organically at Turnkey is one of the things that makes this company so special. Thank you to Gabriella Whitehead , Rebecca Howlett , Phoebe Goldsby, Roisin Wilkinson, Tracy McFarlane-Barnes and all others involved for their efforts today.

Just wrapped an incredible week in London! Started the week with an internal Product Summit where we reviewed the AI roadmap for our solutions and the Diligent One Platform. The team’s passion and dedication for what we do at Diligent is amazing! I’m excited to bring these ideas to life as we continue to clarify risk and elevate governance. Spent an energizing day at LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group) for our Diligent One Platform World Tour event. Meeting with customers, understanding their pain points and needs, and seeing their excitement about our solutions is incredible. I really enjoyed the AI and governance panel .. it was great to hear from industry leaders on how they see AI enhancing risk management and overall governance practices.

Love this from Becky Gelder. Exactly the right message! Let's not view the response to the Human Risk as a compliance and checkbox exercise, but more of an enabler to achieve more! Imagine the progress that could be made towards the goal if everyone was focussed on that goal instead of operating cumbersome compliance activities. Love your guidance on the type of things to avoid but also interested to hear about the positives of how we integrate this more consciously into the default behaviour and recognising it's greater value.
