Things like highly trained staff or up-to-date medical equipment are important, but other things should not be forgotten either. How do people behave in certain situations and especially how do small children behave, what are their fears and how can we help you with them. With the "Giraffe Gerda" project, Siemens Healthineers is focusing on pediatric radiology and wants to strengthen families in the healthcare sector in the long term. My two little ones have not yet had to be prepared for an MRI examination, a fluoroscopy or a CT scan, but they love Gerda, her stories and the magic song. I think this is a great and groundbreaking idea ... keep it up.
