A day will come when we can stop talking about inclusion and diversity. 🏳️🌈 But today is not that day, and we are not there yet. It is essential for us to have a safe environment that allows people to bring their best self to work, so that they can be at their most effective, their most creative and their most energetic. We are working hard to make that happen for everyone.

Your words have always given a different dimension to Leadership. I wish this message should cascade to whole leadership stream. And I can really feel and visualize. If leadership don’t bound employee instead motivate them to try out and perform at peak. SE will be Mind blowing at that state.

3wInstead of being church, work should be about work. If your opinions upset others, focus on the work. If they don't, you likely don't have many strong opinions or beliefs. If they do, maybe you are a problem solver who just sees the inefficiency of arguing at work. Maybe you can learn to share your triggering opinions in a way that is uplifting and positive while achieving the main end: safe efficiency? Otherwise, you will be fired and cancelled. We can all get along if profit is our shared motive. If it is just thought control, speech control, and total control, we will have bigger problems very soon. Most Americans still value freedom. A few will still talk about it.
