Happy Thanksgiving from YSCO - A Time for Reflection and Gratitude Dear Valued Clients and Friends, As Thanksgiving is now here, we at YSCO find ourselves reflecting on the essential qualities of great leadership and the immense gratitude we hold for our work family and clients like you. Leadership is more than guiding and directing; it's about taking time to reflect on our successes, our learnings, and areas where we can grow. This Thanksgiving, we are reminded that true leadership encompasses the humility to recognize where we can improve and the gratitude for the opportunities to learn these valuable lessons. We are incredibly thankful for our dedicated team members, who are instrumental in turning our clients' dreams into reality. Their commitment and expertise on every single project make YSCO what it is today. We are also deeply grateful for you – our clients and partners – who trust us and collaborate with us. Your support and belief in our work continually inspire us to strive for excellence. In recognition of the hard work and dedication of our team, YSCO will be closed from Thanksgiving Day, reopening on the 29th of November. This break is our way of giving our work family the time they deserve to recharge and relax with their loved ones. During this festive season, we hope you also find the time to unwind and enjoy what truly matters - moments with family and friends, reflecting on your own journeys, and embracing the warmth and joy of the season. Wishing you a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving, filled with joy, gratitude, and cherished moments. #leadershipdevelopment #hardwork #YSCO #leadershiplessons

One time a year, our departed come back to celebrate with us. Day of the Dead or Dia De Los Muertos — is a two-day … … holiday that reunites the living and the dead. Which one describe you?? Day of the Dead is a rare holiday for celebrating death and life. It is unlike any holiday where mourning is exchanged for celebration. Today is November 1st, and the Holiday Season is here. Don’t stumble around like you’re auditioning for ‘Dawn of the Dead.’ After today, there are only 60 days left in the calendar year, and there’s a boatload of holidays between now and January 2nd, 2023 not to mention the days surrounding both sides of the observed celebrations! Are you ready? Are you truly braced? Strap in, as it’s going to be a very bumpy ride. “Beer🍺, it’s what you’ll want to drink, or lace your cider with whiskey.” — Stephen Carter King #Beer #CraftBeer #AppleCider🍎 #Whiskey #ConsumerBehavior #BrandAwareness #DataAnalysis #PredictiveAnalytics #BusinessIntelligence #SocietalSubcurrents #ActionableInsights #BusinessInsights ✦ ✦ ✦ Stephen Carter King Chief of Growth and Marketing + Beerconomist • Team Leader • Sherpa Beerconomy & Co., a marketplace Agora Kings Crossing CEO Steve@KingsCrossing.com Beerconomy is a data and business intelligence source, empowering people with insights. Medical Malpractice Attorney Representing Plaintiffs in Virginia and in Federal Tort Claims Act Cases Nationwide
Yesterday, we had our annual Thanksgiving lunch. It was great fun. As we always do, we get a smoked turkey from my favorite butcher. It's always good. Others bring in side dishes and desserts. Liking food - and also liking to cook - I alway enjoy sampling what others prepare. Sometimes it inspires me to do something different with my own holiday dishes. Right now, we have a great crew at Rawls Law Group - probably the best I have worked with in my almost 40 year career. There is no one whose departure would not make me truly sad. Yes. I am very fortunate and, apropos of the Thanksgiving season, I am quite grateful too. Our Thanksgiving event has been a regular occurrence for probably 25 years. Such gatherings are important. Workplaces are communities. Occasionally breaking bread together is a good way to enhance our necessary connections. I think that is especially true in our era of remote work. You need to bring people together with some regularity. Otherwise, the bonds of our workplace communities get stretched thin. A funny custom of our firm: I will take the turkey carcass and make stock. I make enough so that anyone who wants some will get a container or two. It's surprising how many people want it. Or maybe not, good stock makes for great gravy - and we all know that at Thanksgiving gravy is quite important. Obviously, Maggie was in attendance at our festivities. If I hadn't brought her, I probably would have been sent home to get her. Yes, someone fixed her a plate. Actually, she might have gotten several plates... #lawyerlife #lawfirms #community #thanksgiving

Transparency and open communication are essential for Thomas Schwarz and myself in the company management. We want to involve our employees and not leave them in the dark about the challenges we and our industry goes through at the moment. Nothing is worse than a dynamic of rumors and uncertainty because you don't communicate openly. This is the only way to create a common understanding as a team and to approach things together, because everyone is clear about what the strategy is to come out of everything even stronger. A big 'thank you' to the whole team, who on the one hand appreciate this very much and on the other hand can also classify the shared content properly! #oneofus #oneal #team
🎉 After the great success of the 1st O'NEAL Staff Day, the 2nd took place this week, where our management shared information about our business development 🥳 📊 It has been motivating to see the measures we have taken despite the market hurdles. We believe in the power of open communication and involving our entire team in these updates as it plays a critical role in our collective growth. 💪 Thank you to our CEO Thomas Schwarz and Managing Director Benjamin Hertel for making these insights possible. 👏 🍕 And of course, after all the productive discussions, we rewarded ourselves with food and drinks! A food truck supplied us with delicious tarte flambée, which rounded off the evening perfectly! 👌 🗣️ Now, we want to hear from you! How do you keep your team informed about the company's progress? How often do you gather everyone for updates? We are currently exploring different approaches internally and would appreciate your valuable insights. Share your thoughts in the comments below! 💬 #oneofus #oneal #teamevent #staffday #marketchallenges #opencommunication
