Being a part of Pisces Wealth Team has been such a fun experience and to see the team make the list for a 2nd year in a row is amazing! Way to go James, Greg, and the rest of the team. ______________________________________________________________________ 2024 Forbes America's Top Wealth Management Teams Best-in-State The 2024 Forbes ranking of America's Top Wealth Management Teams Best-In-State, developed by SHOOK Research, is based on an algorithm of qualitative criteria, mostly gained through telephone and in-person due diligence interviews, and quantitative data. This ranking is based upon the period from 3/31/2022 to 3/31/2023 and was released on 01/09/2024. Advisor teams that are considered must have one advisor with a minimum of seven years of experience, have been in existence as a team for at least one year, have at least 5 team members, and have been nominated by their firm. The algorithm weights factors like revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, industry experience and those that encompass best practices in their practices and approach to working with clients. Portfolio performance is not a criteria due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. Out of approximately 10,100 team nominations, 4,100 advisor teams received the award based on thresholds. This ranking is not indicative of an advisor's future performance, is not an endorsement, and may not be representative of individual clients' experience. Neither Raymond James nor any of its Financial Advisors or RIA firms pay a fee in exchange for this award/rating. Raymond James is not affiliated with Forbes or Shook Research, LLC. Please see https://lnkd.in/gEimwwwh for more info.
Congratulations to the Greg, James and all of the Pisces Wealth Team on their award. Truly a great example of our Core Values at Keating.

However, there's still room for improvement to ensure its full potential is realized. Here are 10 immediate actions central and state governments can take to empower farmers and elevate e-NAM to the next level: 1) Digital Onboarding Drive: Bridge the digital divide with a nationwide farmer registration & literacy campaign. 2) Real-time Price Information Kiosks: Empower farmers with instant market data through village-level information kiosks. 3) Blockchain Traceability Pilot: Ensure transparency and trust with a pilot project leveraging blockchain technology. 4) Mobile App & Toll-free Helpline: Facilitate easy access with a user-friendly mobile app and dedicated helpline. 5) FPO Capacity Building: Equip Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) with the skills they need to thrive through negotiation & contract farming workshops. 6) Cold Chain Infrastructure Fund: Reduce post-harvest losses with a dedicated fund for perishable goods in key regions. 7) National Logistics Aggregation Platform: Connect farmers with reliable and affordable transportation through a centralized logistics platform. 8) Agri-Startup Challenge: Spark innovation with an "Agri-Startup Challenge" to develop game-changing tech solutions. 9) Awareness Campaigns & Success Stories: Showcase the power of e-NAM through nationwide awareness campaigns and inspiring farmer stories. 10) Data-Driven Policy Making: Leverage data insights to make informed decisions with a central data analytics unit. "Evaluation Leader" is not a widely recognized or established term in the field of leadership theory. It's possible that you are referring to a specific leadership style or concept by another name. However, based on the term itself, I can provide some general insights into what characteristics might be associated with a leader who emphasizes evaluation and assessment within their leadership approach: Analytical Thinking: An evaluation leader would possess strong analytical skills and the ability to critically assess situations, data, and information. They would make decisions based on careful analysis and evidence rather than relying solely on intuition. Data-Driven Decision Making: This type of leader would prioritize data and information in their decision-making process. They would use quantitative and qualitative data to inform their choices and to measure the effectiveness of their decisions. Attention to Detail: An evaluation leader would have a keen eye for detail and would be thorough in their assessments. They would ensure that all relevant factors are considered before making decisions or implementing changes. Outcome-Oriented: Evaluation leaders would be focused on outcomes and results. They would set clear performance metrics and goals and continuously track progress toward achieving them. Continuous Improvement: This type of leader would be committed to continuous improvement. They would regularly assess processes, strategies, and outcomes to identify areas for enhancement and refinement. Feedback and Communication: Evaluation leaders would prioritize open and transparent communication. They would provide constructive feedback to their team members and encourage a culture of feedback exchange throughout the organization. Adaptability: An evaluation leader would be adaptable and willing to make changes based on new information or insights. They would not hesitate to adjust their approach if evaluation indicates a need for a different direction. Learning Orientation: These leaders would value learning and personal development. They would encourage their team members to engage in ongoing learning and would seek opportunities for their own growth as well. Collaboration: Evaluation leaders would involve their team members in the assessment and evaluation process. They would encourage collaborative problem-solving and decision-making. Accountability: This type of leader would hold themselves and their team members accountable for meeting performance standards and achieving goals. They would take responsibility for their decisions and actions. It's important to note that leadership is a complex and multifaceted concept, and different leadership styles and approaches can be effective in various contexts. If "Evaluation Leader" refers to a specific concept or model that you have in mind, please provide more context so I can offer more precise information.
