On my recent business trip to the U.S Because Lotte Ventures provided such a wonderful program, we were able to learn about the realistic situation in the United States and the strategy to enter the market. 1. To enter the United States, the founder should come in person and listen to the Voice of Customer(VOC) directly. 2. If you want to do business in the United States, you need to have a much more distinct Ideal Customer Profile(ICP). Clearly define who you will offer what value to. 3. Think of Korea as one of the market and focus all your priorities on the U.S. as much as possible. That way, you can survive the competition. 4. American startups also do their best to save as much money as possible. Do what you can do yourself as much as you can. 5. AI has already been incorporated into the work processes of large American companies and startups. It is no longer the exclusive property of early adopters, but is developing into a universal technology.
