Today marks one month at Redline Group - Specialist Recruitment for Technology & Electronics Companies !!! I've started a new role, of course I ...... 👉 Keep forgetting the front door code 👉 Kept hearing acronyms I didn't understand like CEM, GSI & OEM 👉 Now know what a microprocessor is and it's function 👉 Have the org chart saved in my favourites so I don't forget peoples' names (Great tip!) 👉 Am asking LOTS of questions Top tips for anyone starting a new role: 👌 Prepare ahead of time. Prepare your opening lines ahead of time so you have a script at the ready when you encounter a new face 👌 Be humble and open-minded. Take the time to thank the people who are showing you the ropes, don’t take credit for work you haven’t done and listen more than you speak. 👌 Get organized and set good habits. This job is a fresh start and a good opportunity to shed old bad habits/routines. Oh yeah and write down the door code somewhere NOT inside the office 🤣 🤦♀️

Creative Strategist & Business Designer: I help Business Owners bring to life the Big Dream, “Impossible” Goal & Grand Mission they have for their business.
This is how you can go above and beyond with your branding in the details of your packaging. Yes, having your logo is important on there but don't be so basic and leave it at that. Write a note, wrap it in a custom made clothing, deliver it in a Swarovski studded suitcase. Just don't do basic things.
