SeedLegals is fantastic, however, not everyone is meant to be an entrepreneur. We find the results from our entrepreneurship assessment accurate (apologies for the shameless plug on this topic) > https://fi.co/dna
Love what you say here Anthony. Great to hear other voices supporting the need to validate right at the start, well before developing anything. Caution of bias of course!! So many I see do this to try prove there is a market rather than understand whether there is a market.
This is an excellent break down. Watching this video felt like getting the chance to have a coffee with you, with all your start up experience. I only wish I'd seen it BEFORE starting a company 😂(I've gone back to freelancing now, after a wild journey)
“They think the hard thing is building something, but the hard thing is really having people want it.” This is just such a fantastic point and a central part of my thinking after seeing it done as ‘build it and they will come’. Thank you for sharing this.
We used seedlegals to give all our employees a share in the business. They were very helpful (not to mention patient with me!)
Anthony, this is well done. The content is great (similar process in the midwest), but I’m actually talking about your stage presence; articulate and direct —and the call-to-action was gentle. Can confirm: noisy *is* effective 😁
Spot on - always do your homework.
Yes validating is critical before going all in.
