I am so excited to share that I'm hiring for two new roles on my team at Sainsbury's - Employer Brand and Attraction Leads 🙌 If you understand employer branding and recruitment marketing methods, know your way around an EVP, and can run campaigns then this could be a role for you. What's not in the job advert: Working in retail is hard, is challenging, is tough but its also incredibly rewarding. Working for one of the largest retailers in the UK means pace here isn't a buzzword, its just how we operate. Useless and Lazy Management Experience In Crescendo Global Organization Dear Crescendo Hiring Team, I appreciate you updating me on the outcome of my application for Assistant Sales Manager - Digital Ad Solutions. I acknowledge that you made the decision to proceed with other applicants, but I have to say that I was not prepared for the two-month wait for this response. Candidates may find a drawn-out recruiting procedure to be annoying, particularly if they receive a favourable initial evaluation. It would be beneficial for me to know the rationale for this lengthy period of time, as well as for prospective future candidates at Crescendo. This truly demonstrates that as candidates, we might not be able to trust the recruiting staff since they are incompetent and merely waste time. It's also unexpected that, after two months, they issued a letter for completing a formality that we are working on. Even the worthiest history is that I attempted to post many times at the same firm, believing that someone from the HR department will definitely get back to me. But the only response I received was from the customer support staff handling the LinkedIn post, and even after one of these managers replied to me on the post, I never heard back. Crescendo Crescendo Global Cresendo Guys, you really are awful and demonstrate that poor management makes it not worth it. 5 Years…and still excited? Really? After 5 years of working remotely for GOhiring I'm still intrigued by this exceptional working environment. Occasionally I get weird looks, when I express my fascination with our company culture (is he serious?! He must be out of his mind loving this job/company that much…👀). But don’t worry: it's not all sunshine and rainbows 😅 We do have our “challenging topics” – just like any other growing company working in a fast-paced market environment. It gets dirty, it gets tricky, and yes, sometimes, I wish I wasn’t there on the Sales frontline 🫣 The difference is: at GOhiring we tackle these obstacles with a different mindset. And that keeps exciting me. Why is that so, you ask?
