Scout Motors Inc. It appears that Richland County has had tons of applicants and no one gets responses or you don't fit replies. What is the hire rate from actual current residents to relocating current workers? With such a huge tax break from Richland County, your first 400 hires should be from current residents. What is the hiring process, and does that include early training at another plant? How does this work for being selected?
I’m there every day for the construction phase of it. It’s coming along nicely and will be a nice boost to the area.
