Ladies and gentleman, the HoloTile Floor, a modular, expandable, treadmill floor composed of multiple tiles that work in harmony to keep people or objects centered in virtual reality. This invention will totally eliminate teleportation in Virtual Reality and make it more immersive with the ability to freely walk and run in small spaces. Writing a brief slide on NAP (Narrative, Agency and Presence) and there roles in immersive pieces for VR, Film and beyond. NAP is not a recognised term but I feel these three words do describe what is in essence at the core of an immersive media piece as without a narrative it has no direction or world building, Agency gives meaning and purpose and presence outlines the level of which the user needs to be engaged and present within the story.
