Pneumatic Conveying System Design In order to design a reliable pneumatic conveying system, it is essential to predict the pipeline pressure drop accurately. An incorrect estimation of this pressure drop can lead to various operational issues, such as high power consumption, pipeline wear, product degradation, blockages, and insufficient throughput. This webinar aims to delve into some of the more conventional approaches as well as taking a look at the latest techniques used for designing reliable and efficient pneumatic conveying systems. The ultimate goal is to share the recent insights into achieving pipeline designs that function reliably, ensuring the required throughput without unexpected maintenance disruptions or compromising the quality of the handled product.  

The engineering department at Essco designs the doctor support beam, also commonly referred to as the doctor back, to have the size, balance, strength, deflection, and vibration resistance necessary to meet or exceed the needs of the application. For example, pneumatic doctor blade holders generate loading that is independent of the doctor balance. However, for safety considerations, Essco designs the doctors with a slight positive natural loading whenever possible. Why? Dear connections, I have already completed the course (Basic principles of Chemical Engineering) in Unilean online platform. ✅ The course consists of essential topics of Chemical Engineering, including material and energy balance, fluid mechanics, Bernoulli law, pumps and compressors with a wide range of types, as well as their designs, heat exchangers, separation processes, valves and their applications, process safety (HAZOP and LOPA), and process control. Each topic was apparently explained with understandable examples, which enabled me to grasp the major ideas of topics.
