Happy Pride Month! 🌈 We celebrate diversity and inclusion every day, but Pride Month gives us an extra opportunity to show our support for the LGBTQ+ community. This month, we stand with our LGBTQ+ team members, clients, and partners, honoring their contributions and recognizing the importance of creating a workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. We believe that diversity makes us stronger as a company, and we’re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to work. Whether it’s through our policies, programs, or everyday interactions, we strive to create a culture of acceptance and belonging. Pride Month is also a time for reflection and education. It’s a chance for us to learn more about the history of the LGBTQ+ rights movement and the ongoing fight for equality. By educating ourselves and having open conversations, we can continue to be allies and advocates for change. So this Pride Month, let’s celebrate love, acceptance, and equality. Let’s stand together as allies and continue to build a more inclusive world for all. #PrideMonth #LGBTQ+ #DiversityandInclusion #Equality”

Welcome Pride Month! It is a time to celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and honor the ongoing efforts toward equality and inclusion. Here are 3 ways to celebrate Pride Month: 1) Host Educational Sessions - Help coordinate a session of education and camaraderie during the year to educate employees about LGBTQ+ history, rights, and issues. Providing educational opportunities helps raise awareness, dispel myths, and promote understanding can help make a difference. 2) Show Visible Support - Display your support by wearing Pride-themed clothing or decorating your workspace with Pride-themed accessories. These visible signs of support can help demonstrate our commitment to inclusion and create a welcoming environment for LGBTQ+ employees and allies. 3) Inclusive Language and Communication- Use preferred pronouns in email signatures and during introductions; ensure your communications reflect a commitment to inclusivity and respect. Happy Pride Month to all! #PrideMonth #Pride2024 #LGBTQ #InclusionMatters #DiversityAndInclusion #CelebrateDiversity #sundt #construction #DEI

"Pride" in Pride Month is all about celebrating the LGBTQ+ community’s confidence, dignity, and visibility. "Pride" at work celebrates our rainbow of identities, boosting morale and encouraging participation in inclusive festivities. It's a sassy rejection of shame, declaring "We're here, we're queer, get over it!" During Pride Month, it's like donning a rainbow superhero cape, each color representing courage and love. It's a month-long glitter fest, where everyone shines unapologetically. 🌈 - Rainbow Celebration: Honors diversity, boosting morale. - Inclusive Environment: Fosters acceptance for LGBTQ+ employees. - Stigma Fighting: Opposes discrimination and bias. - Visibility Building: Raises LGBTQ+ awareness. - Empowerment: Supports authentic selves. - Positive Culture: Fosters support and upliftment. - Active Participation: Encourages engagement in Pride Month. #Ihopeithelps #inclusive #diversity #pridemonth #pride #culturalvalues #organisationalvalue #empowerment #positiveculture #opportunities #equality #equalopportunity

Dear business leaders, As we approach LGBTQ+ Pride Month, it's important to remember that meaningful support is more than just posting rainbows and making press statements. We must take tangible actions to support our LGBTQ+ employees and create a safe, authentic work environment. Marching in a parade is fun, but there is hard work to he done. This means implementing policies that protect and support LGBTQ+ individuals, and actively working against politicians and policies that do not prioritize LGBTQ+ rights. Allyship is hard work, but it is necessary work. Let's make this Pride Month a time of true progress and change. Help create a workplace that is inclusive and supportive of all individuals. #LGBTQ+ #PrideMonth #Allyship #Inclusion #Diversity #Equity

I once worked for an organization that initiated 'People Month'. As a young HR leader, I railed against 'just one month' being focused on people. What I learned however, is that that one month provided an opportunity to elevate the conversation about people, people strategy, value and recognition and proved a great catalyst for positive momentum. Like 'people month', Pride month brings a focus but genuine commitment to inclusion is ongoing. Here are some good tips to help employers maintain that momentum to provide a place where people feel that they belong and can bring their best selves to work.
Pride Month has just come to an end, but this doesn't mean that the commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion should! In this spirit, here are five ways employers can continue to reinforce LGBTQ+ inclusion beyond Pride Month to foster a safe environment where all employees feel that they belong and can bring all of themselves to work. #pride #lgbtq #inclusion #dei

As we approach Pride month (June), I'm thinking about pride as it is (or should be) represented in Global organizations. Here are some ideas... Policies: Many organizations are reinforcing their commitment to LGBTQ+ rights by implementing and highlighting inclusive policies that ensure a safe and supportive workplace for all employees. Awareness: Companies are using their platforms to raise awareness and visibility for LGBTQ+ issues. This includes social media campaigns, educational webinars, and featuring stories from LGBTQ+ employees. Employee Resource Groups (ERGs): Establishing and empowering LGBTQ+ employee resource groups to foster community, provide support, and drive initiatives that promote inclusivity. Training and Education: Offering diversity and inclusion training programs to educate employees on LGBTQ+ issues, creating a more informed and supportive workforce. Events: Hosting events such as Pride Month kickoffs, panel discussions, and virtual pride parades to celebrate the contributions and achievements of the LGBTQ+ community. Pride is significant to those of us who fought hard, and continue to fight, for equality, fairness, and understanding in the workplace. #PrideMonth #Inclusion #Diversity #LGBTQ #GlobalOrganizations #WorkplaceEquality #AlgoSecTogether #GrowYourself
