Last week was a busy one for our Netherlands People team. Firstly, we attended the Great Place To Work® Nederland awards ceremony to find out that we'd been placed 6th in their best employers' list. It was brilliant to get that external recognition, as well as celebrate together! Well done to Puck van Druten for all her efforts in managing our submission.🏆 We also held our first global benefits meet up to share insight across the different global teams and plan how we can maximise the impact for all our colleagues. A big thank you to Paul Wood for organising this. 👏 Finally, we held our Netherlands People Team AGM. It's always so valuable to get together in person to share what's been happening and discuss future plans. Floris Sterke did a fantastic job of hosting it. And thank you to Philippe V. and Molly Lynch for helping to organise the week. 😊

Thank you Sarah Mason FCIPD and Paul Wood it was great that you both were present at the People AGM where we were able to share what we achieved in H1 and what the focus within the people departments is for H2. Our 6th place ranking at the GPTW indicates that we are doing the right things within SThree ;-) Thank you both also for the presentations you gave in which you energetically presented key priorities and global plans of SThree!

What a week! And well done to everyone in the Netherlands - 6th place!!!! 👏👏

Thank you Sarah and Paul for your visit. Always happy to welcoming you and reflect together on how we can even more improve our GPTW ranking and be the best place to work in every country where we operate!
