Reflecting on my career, I realize it's been an incredible 20-year journey in the Retail Media business. I started in an era when print and TV were the principal players, and digital conveniences like the iPhone and social media were not yet part of our daily lives. Laptops were a rarity, and every piece of work was printed and meticulously filed away. Fast forward to today, and it's astounding to note that I've dedicated half of this journey to the Walmart business. I transitioned to Sam's Club in 2018, which has been an exhilarating experience brimming with fresh challenges and opportunities. As I mark this 10-year milestone, my sense of pride is immense. Looking back at the road traversed, it's not just about the duration but the quality of this journey that fills me with a sense of accomplishment.
