It is indeed a remarkable contribution to SAP and the world of IT. Things Hasso has enabled are unique in kind. My personal highlight was his speech to our project team back in the day. A person of his caliber taking the time talking to customers, listening to the feedback, sharing the vision... You are still an inspiration to many of us.

I recently joined the SAP family, but that doesn't mean I am unaware of the success that this company has achieved in the last 30 years when I first heard its name. Today, we bid farewell to one of the visionaries behind SAP, our esteemed co-founder. His groundbreaking ideas and relentless dedication have been instrumental in shaping the success of our company. As he embarks on his next journey, I would like to express my deepest gratitude for his leadership, innovation, and the indelible mark he has left on SAP. He will be greatly missed, but his legacy will continue to inspire us. Thank you for everything, and best wishes for the future. 🙏

Last week, our Group Chief Transformation Officer, Chris Ward, was invited to speak at the UKISUG annual conference - the largest annual gathering of SAP professionals and customers from across the UK & Ireland.
