My son, Stewart Alsop III runs a podcasting business called Crazy Wisdom. He's gotten so good at interviewing really smart people, he is starting to do private podcasts to help people understand their own business skills and leadership better! His first customer posted this about his experience with young(er) Stewart: https://lnkd.in/gHtvHA9r

Every month I do a private podcast with Stewart Alsop. He's a great interviewer and helps me make sense of all of the data I'm generating and trends that I'm noticing in my work, plugging AI into organizations, small and large. On Friday we covered a lot of ground, including: - how leaders under pressure can make good decisions when it comes to bringing the technology in-house; - why digital transformation isn't binary and organizations that reach their desired state may end up looking, may take on a hybrid structure; - how capabilities like rapid intelligence collection and analysis, which were only historically available to states and major corporations, are increasingly available to smaller organizations; - why it's absolutely critical that decision makers get hands-on with the tools; - hyper-individuation, unprecedentedly diverse career paths, and what that might mean for the future of knowledge work; - and finally, perhaps most interestingly, the things that WON'T change and how if things go right, AI may actually help us become more human. I'll try to turn some of these into posts over the next few weeks. Which topics are you most interested in? Let me know in the comments.
Proud papa.
