SAP Business Group Lead EMEA | Partnering in client value realization through their digital transformation
Our 25th edition of the Accenture SAP Leadership Council ended yesterday after an amazing three days. The level of collaboration amongst our clients, as well as their insightful presentations, learnings and guiding principles on stage have reached a new level. How can we jointly support the reinvention of businesses, create value and better business outcome while moving to a Digital Core and a more flexible and agile architecture with SAP Technology ? How can we provide new capabilities, such as GenAI, to address today's and future trends and challenges faster, cheaper and more targeted ? These were the overarching themes which have been discussed and shared. The roadmaps varied, depending on the starting point, the industry trends and leavers as well as specific parameters and situations of each client. Another big THANK YOU to all of our clients, all speakers and our partner SAP for attending and contributing the 25th Accenture SAP Leadership Council.

If I hadn’t had mentors, I wouldn’t be here today. I’m a product of great mentoring, great coaching… Coaches or mentors are very important. They could be anyone — your husband, other family members, or your boss.” Indra Nooyi, Former CEO PepsiCo I recently had the honor of speaking at the prestigious IQuest 17.0 Series at Infosys Bangalore DC, addressing employees across the organisation as part of the leadership talk series. "Unlocking Leadership Potential: The Power of Mentoring in Your Professional Career," was the title of my presentation. Being one of the practitioner of corporate mentoring due to years of engagement with different audience. I emphasized upon the transformative power of mentorship in guiding individuals, unlocking their leadership potential, and fostering their professional growth. Some of the quick low hanging fruit from this initiative include improved employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership pipeline development to address attrition. #infosys #mentorship #employeebenefits #attrition #mentorshipmatters

Graduation Cap 🎓 Recently, I had a distinct honor of participating in Women Leadership Program that gave me an overwhelming sense of accomplishment. This journey for almost a year was a fascinating exploration of leadership, authenticity and unique challenges we face as women in the corporate world. The objective was to follow our curiosity, to be courageous and to embrace a growth mindset but most importantly stay true to ourselves and our values. After all, with growth mindset, one doesn’t simply conform but challenge & push boundaries and most importantly innovate against the status quo. Over the course of the program, I had the privilege to be part of an incredibly diverse and empowering group of women. Each one of us brought our own perspectives and experiences, creating a rich platform of learning and growth. Our conversations and interactions have been intimate, meaningful and impactful, guiding us to better understand our strengths and to harness them effectively. The program was exhaustive and included Self-Assessment, People leadership, Client Relationship, Storytelling, Building your own Brand, Change Agility, Mental Agility, Result Agility, Self-Reflection and much more. “The question isn’t who is going to let me, its who is going to stop me…” was emphasized in the entire journey. Some of the key takeaways that will always stay with me: · Growth & comfort cannot ride the same horse. Feel comfortable with being uncomfortable · Own your unique value and operate from the place of courage · Perform & Transform · Take feedback from people especially the ones whom you don’t like · Have an eye to figure out what is missing · Don’t get lost in short termism · I am changing the engine as I am flying the plane- what needs to change to make me better? · Take people along · Think about where you add in and not fit in · Executive presence is up for makeover. Be different · First impressions are formed in one tenth of a second and take six months to undo I am deeply grateful for this opportunity provided by Genpact. The mentorship, education and networking opportunities have equipped me with the tools to continue my journey with an even greater sense of purpose and drive. Here’s to all the wonderful women who shared this journey with me and to all those who aspire to lead. A heartful thank you to Jennifer Jones for nominating me for this program. #womenleadership #genpact #continuouslearning #leadership #relationshipbuilding #agility #innovation

I am delighted to share that I successfully completed Genpact's Women's Leadership Program and ranked in the top 30 participants. This program, organized by Korn Ferry, was an exhilarating year-long journey that concluded on a high note with our team winning the Hackathon. The Hackathon involved persuading a client to utilize G's AI as a means to improve customer service. It was incredibly enjoyable to work alongside my fellow team members, who came from diverse functions within Genpact. The panelists could easily perceive our enthusiasm and enjoyment through our presentation. Here are the key lessons that will have a lasting impact on my professional and personal journey: 1. Prioritize AI in all aspects 2. Dedicate time to stay informed about market trends and become market-savvy 3. Identify your unique strengths and utilize them to your advantage 4. Give utmost importance to building strong customer relationships 5. Consider all possible scenarios and be prepared for different outcomes 6. Embrace the unknown and be open to new experiences 7. Make space for strategic priorities while managing day-to-day operations 8. Start by being self-aware, as it is an underrated yet effective skill 9. Trust your instincts and confidently amplify your voice 10. Remember, it is crucial to support and uplift each other 11. Mental well-being is no longer optional but a necessity 12. Focus on being an essentialist, prioritizing what truly matters 13. Master the art of storytelling to engage and leave a lasting impact #kornferry #genpact #womenleadership #womenempoweringwomen

Retirement Disruptor | Executive Advisor | Board Director | Connector | Speaker | Writer | Former Chief Human Resources Officer, RBC | Proud Canadian
Thrilled to be at the launch of the Deloitte NextGen CHRO Academy with 15 HR leaders across many sectors. Kicked off by Jodi Baker Calamai, Deloitte Canada Human Capital National Managing Partner, who highlighted how energizing it is to be with a group like this. Jodi engaged Anthony Viel, #CEO of Deloitte Canada in a conversation about people and culture priorities and leadership tips. Top of mind? Skills shortages. Forecast is 4 million exits (retirements) by 2030. We won’t have enough people. We won’t have enough skills. (See below for an additional take of mine.) Developing leaders for today and the future. Practical tips. 1️⃣ Be commercially oriented 2️⃣ How much time are you spending on understanding the business, clients? How does your organization make money; key challenges and opportunities. You can’t be a strategist and catalyst without that. 3️⃣ Clear up space to read, to learn and to create headspace to reflect and to think big. This is a fabulous time to be in HR! P.S. My add: as someone in my #PurposefulThirdAct - post my full time full on career - still “working“ both commercially and pro bono, I’m disrupting the traditional concept of retirement. Organizations have an opportunity to create novel and flexible arrangements.
