Ryan's Chairman and CEO G. Brint Ryan gives an update on the Firm's FTC challenge.
Today, a federal court ruled in favor of Ryan and against the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), halting the ban on non-compete agreements. The court’s decision is an important step towards invalidating a rule that burdens not only Ryan, but also Ryan’s clients and multitudes of employers and employees across America. We appreciate the many organizations that have rallied to this cause, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, as we defend the statutory and Constitutional framework that support our economy from overreach by the FTC. https://lnkd.in/gPhp7KeK
