This week is Mental Health Awareness Week, an opportunity for us all to learn more about the importance of staying active and keeping ourselves hydrated all day, every day, no matter what we are doing. ‘Movement’ is the theme set by the Mental Health Foundation this year. There are many small positive actions that we can take to improve our overall mental wellbeing, including connecting with people, getting more sleep, staying active, enjoying the outdoors and practising breathing and mindfulness techniques. Staying hydrated is also key for mental and physical health, especially if we are focussing on moving more. There are many charities that you can support this Mental Health Awareness Day, or set yourself a challenge to move more this month and take part in National Walking Month! #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek #wellbeing #stress #health #sleep #stayhydrated #drink #mindfulness #healthyhabits #wellness

Read the caption👇🏼 We have to be mindful of our own needs. Make sure our cup doesn’t run dry because we’re constantly filling everyone else’s first leaving yours empty. As an advocate for men’s mental health & wellbeing, I coach men to connect with themselves, become self aware of their needs, create boundaries and build resilience. From my perspective, self-love isn’t a luxury; it’s a necessity for a well-rounded and meaningful life. Giving yourself what you need first is a form of self-care which helps to keep your cup filled so you can support others without feeling constantly drained. We’re always doing for others so show yourself that same love and respect. There’s no shame in putting your needs first, it actually helps you show up better for others. Give yourself what you need🪫🔋 MenWhoTalkHeal #selfcare #putyourselffirst #mentalwellbeing #mensmentalhealth #selfawareness #timemangement #ego #simplified #biggerpicture #coachingformen #motivation #mindfulness #positivethinking #selfrespect #loveyourself

It's okay to not be okay. We all face challenges in life, and sometimes, it's just too much. Remember, prioritizing mental health isn't selfish; it's essential for a happy and fulfilling life. Here are some simple ways to practice self-care: Take breaks: Step away from work and screens, even for 5 minutes. Connect with loved ones: Reach out to friends or family, or join a community group. Engage in activities you enjoy: Whether it's reading, hiking, singing or painting, do something that brings you joy. Remember, you're not alone. Reach out for support if you need it. #mentalhealth #selfcare #wellbeing #wellbeingmatters #mentalhealthawareness #support #community #mindfulness #resilience

We set up a little activity on World Mental Health Day, October 10th. During this event, our employees shared things that have made a big difference in their lives when it comes to mental health. They talked about positive statements, meaningful quotes, their personal beliefs, and how expressing gratitude has helped them. This showed us how these things can bring about positive changes in our lives. #mentalhealth #positivity #worldmentalhealthday #employeevoices #change #affirmations #quotes #gratitude #personalgrowth #wellbeing #mindfulness #support #healthymind #emotionalwellness #positivemindset #mentalhealthmatters #awareness #selfcare #strength #innerpeace #selflove #growthmindset #empowerment #happiness #inspiration #resilience #betterment #reflection #sharing #community #healthymindset
