This is a statement I agree with because there are lessons that cannot be learnt in absentia of action in the world of entrepreneurship. The biggest mistake solo founders make is to not think about HOW sharing the pie 🥧 affects WHO will join you. Sure you have all the upside but you aren’t going to get a great CTO for 1.5% early in your startup journey. They are going to leave because they don’t have enough upside. You may have a big ownership but remember anything times 0 is just a 0.
