You are very good in RE sales. But the service which you are offering in RE is very worst which I had never faced in any other vehicle services. I had purchased a classic 350 in APR’23. I am facing issues in the engine since 1st service which was done in May’23. I approached about 4 RE service centres in Bangalore for more than 20 times. I wrote to RE Customer care for more than 10 times. Till date the issue is not resolved and there is no response from RE team. Always RE people are trying to convince and send me back. Also there won’t be any proper response from the service/branch managers/team leaders. Instead there will be a very rude response from them. So I suggest people not to go with RE vehicles please.

 I'm writing this post behalf of My younger brother shaqlain Khan owner of the bike regarding this my bike Hunter 350 from your authorized showroom mothijheel automobile. I'm speaking from Motihari East Champaran Bihar pin 845401. I had bought Royal Enfield Hunter bike last year from Motijheel Automobile. I had made an insurance claim for the fuel tank and meter of my bike, but I am not getting service so far  Your showroom/service executive changed the meter, but that is not working properly and date after date is being given regarding the fuel tank, I'm in troubled since last 15 days, if we get such services I'll be never told anyone else to buy product from royal Enfield such a shameless service of royal Enfield. Whenever we ask what's the update on the meter of my tank they all say that the parts are not available right now.
