Dr. Hicks is Chair of Head and Neck Surgery/Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and has practiced medicine for 45 years. His relationship with people living in both rural and urban communities enables him to serve as a voice for those who rely on public transportation to obtain medical care and cancer treatment.
