Today I came across a post by John Cutler surveying people's interpretations of the following phrases: "Company that values continuous improvement" and "Company that values operational excellence" In today's video, I reflect not so much on the differences between these phrases, but more on how in the technology domain, we throw around terminology thinking that everyone has the same understanding of terms that we do.
